Musical Campfire Invite
Major campfire concert
Howdy Bobby,
It’s been a while, and good to hear you “Walkin’ Down the Railroad Tracks” tour went well. Brilliant that you were able to save transportation costs by jumping passing trains. That’s a skillset that has served you well.
Say, on to business of the campfire. We’ll looks like we’re having a pretty big campfire coming up the last Friday of the month. Sure, I could probably handle it myself, but well, Starling and me are heading Up Valley to a craft convention, and while I’m there, I might just dead reckon in to the woods, up by the old Beaver Dam, to see if I can catch up a little with Buck. Turns out his tower isn’t transmitting a full signal. Gonna get him some new relays so he can switch the old ones one. Technical IT stuff really. You’d think in a campfire you could get down to “campfiring” instead of all this logistics stuff. I always say, behind every 30 minute campfire, there’s a solid 8 hours of work. Sometimes days.
So, just let me know.
The fine folks here really enjoy your shows.
And besides, might be good to hunker down a bit after all the RR walking.
And again, just to be clear, we can use you but we don’t need you. Just let me know.
Campfire Greetings,
Cowboy
P.S. Let me know if you needs some bongos.
P.P.S. Should be packed. Guessing a good 6-12 folks, weather permittin'
