The Interview
Q: Well, what a pleasure it is, Burt, to have you in the bunker. Welcome.
A: Thank you, thank you. Good to be here Buck. Always enjoyed "The Bunker" as a venue. Nothing like the good ol' Smokey Boiler Room, but you know what I mean.
Q: Tell us a little more about the Smokey Boiler Room.
A: Oh yeah, lots to tell. The Smokey Boiler Room is ... I like to call it my home away from home. Just something about it. Makes me feel comfortable. Sure, I play cards there. And there's a lot of smoking. But for me, it's about the deal making. When I get my opponents scrambling for more chips, that's when the real wheelin' and dealing gets done.
Q: So just to be clear, I'd appreciate it if you don't smoke in The Bunker. There's been some accumulation of fumes.
A: No no, no worries. I'm trying to cut back myself.
Q: Very interesting. Very interesting. Sounds like you earn a lot in the Smokey Boiler Room.
A: Let's just say I've won my fair share. You win a little, you lose a little. Mostly winning.
Q: Thank you Burt for your contribution to The Bunker. I'm going to use it towards my new auxiliary fans.
A: Wonderful wonderful. Glad to hear.
Q: There's nothing I enjoy better than a deep cutting interview, and you predictably didn't disappoint.
A: Thank YOU, Burt. It's been a pleasure
